About Us

Women Veterans RUN! LLC, is the nation’s only Civic Engagement Consulting Group for Today’s Military Women.

We are uniquely qualified to prepared and position Today’s Military Women for post-military service in Civic Leadership; Business Leadership; Community & State Appointments; and Public Office.

We are a dynamic coalition of Women Veterans, Reservists, National Guard, ROTC, Military Spouses, and Military Moms too. We are a proud and robust national community working as advocates supporting the interests of 8 million Military Women & Military Families throughout our national affiliate network.

We are catalysts dedicated to affecting positive social change through Civic Engagement; Community Leadership; and Executive Hires in business, government, academic, nonprofit, community and faith-based organizations.

We build bridges linking military friendly corporations, small business, colleges and universities into the fastest growing market of Military Women and Military Families.

We represent and translate the voices of Today’s Military Women and Military Families on local, state and national levels. We stand at the forefront of building bridges into military communities that stimulates relevant, purposeful and lasting social change.

Deborah Harmon-Pugh

Founder & Managing Director

Deborah Harmon-Pugh is Founder, Principal & Managing Director at Women Veterans RUN!, LLC, a civic engagement consulting group dedicated to preparing military women for civic engagement and public leadership. She is President and Editor-In-Chief of The Healthy Caregiver Community Foundation and the National Campaign Chair of Women Veterans ROCK!

As President & Editor-In-Chief of The Healthy Caregiver Community Foundation, Deborah leads The Foundation’s Corporate Relations, Government Relations, and Public Affairs activities since year 2000. She served as the Mid-Atlantic Caregivers Conference Chair for The Healthy Caregiver’s “Family Caregivers Conference Tour” for five years.  As the National Campaign Chair of Women Veterans ROCK! she is dedicated to engaging and empowering transitioning military women as they work to build successful post-military careers in civic, business and public leadership.

Ms. Harmon-Pugh is past-president of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).  She is a former corporate executive; a successful small business owner of 25 years; an award winning Public Policy Advocate for Women and Minority Owned Small Businesses; a past Board Member of Liberty USO; and is currently a Professor at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA where she teaches Business Management; Government Affairs; and Constitutional Law in the School of Continuing Education and Professional Studies. She serves on the Veterans Committee and the Curriculum Review Committee at Chestnut Hill College.  Deborah Harmon-Pugh is the recipient of many business, trade, government and community awards.

Krupa K. Mehta

Special Assistant & Public Affairs Coordinator

Krupa K. Mehta is Special Assistant & Public Affairs Coordinator at Women Veterans RUN, LLC, a membership-based campaign consulting group dedicated to preparing military women for public leadership.  She is a passionate Public Health Professional with a rich history of service as a community volunteer.  Her volunteer service began with her work in her college town and evolved into her dedicated Tour of Duty in South Africa as a Peace Corps Health Educator.

Krupa serves as a POWER Project Manager leading the HIV Prevention Program at Chase Brexton Health Care of Baltimore, Maryland serving under-served populations and local communities.  Her passion for social justice, equality and access to quality and affordable public health care fueled the successful completion of her graduate work.  She is a strong supporter and advocate for women’s rights and empowerment.  Ms. Krupa Mehta also serves as the Special Assistant to The National Campaign Chair of Women Veterans ROCK! and serves as a Senior Delegate to The Women Veterans ROCK! 2020 Delegation To Washington, DC.

Monyee Liang

Digital Affairs Specialist

Monyee Liang is the Digital Affairs Specialist at Women Veterans RUN, LLC, a membership-based campaign consulting group dedicated to preparing military women for public leadership. She graduated cum laude from Drexel University in 2017 with a B.S. in Interactive Digital Media and proceeded to work in the digital media design landscape, assuring that all her web designs are user-friendly. Her skills include a wide range in Web Design/Development, UX (User Experience) Design, Graphic Design, and Video Animation Editing.
